Thanks for making your purchase with us!
More than anything we want you to love your new goodies, so if for some reason you are not happy with your item(s) we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit within 30 days.
- Email us at hello@saltofsociety.com. Tell us the item(s) that you would like to return and your order number.
- Be sure to send the item(s) back to us within 30 days of receiving it.
- Neatly repackage your item(s) with your receipt or order paperwork that came with your purchase.
- Send your package back to us (at your expense) to the address below, using any method desired:Â

- Once your return is received and processed (up to 5 days), we will notify you via email that we have received your item(s) and include the details of your exchange or store credit.
ALL RETURNS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:Â
• Product must be returned within 30 days of you receiving your order.Â
• All tags and accessories must be attached.Â
• Product must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed.
• Product must be in "re-sellable" condition, or in the condition in which you received it.
A few things to remember:
- All SALE items are final sale and non-refundable/exchangeable.
- Original shipping charge is not refundable. You are responsible for your own shipping costs for any items you exchange.
- If you are shipping a package over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this we cannot guarantee we will receive your shipped item(s).
**If you wish to exchange your item(s) for a different size or color, we recommend purchasing the new item(s) first, as we have limited inventory, then sending the original item(s) back.
